Setting Sale

Every year when the robins return and the daffodils begin to bloom, I am compelled to buy luscious floral fabrics.  So when I saw that Fabric Mart (...my precious...) was having a 20% off sale for orders over $75 (and I could get a free fabric bundle and a free bra/camisole strap bundle), I was powerless to deny my flowery textile urges.

Can't you just see some of these lovelies made up into Emma-esque skirts and dresses?

Aw man - I've been successfully avoiding both FabricMart and fabric.com - til now ! The blue & green floral is very pretty. Off to look now.

Beautiful!! They are all gorgeous, but the last one I really love...it looks like a cross between flowers and feathers.

Ever since I got the email for the 20% off sale, I've been avoiding Fabric Mart like the plague. I can't buy fabric again until the PR weekend in May...so I'm glad that you got some lovelies!

Very nice! Interesting that you have some blues here. Is that a new color for you?

I thought that I had enough fabric. Then, you go and show such beautiful fabric. I just finished shopping at Fabric Mart. I saved so much money with the sale. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. You are an official enabler.

The other week you 'enabled' me to spend $120 at Land's End (but it was a very good sale!!! -- thank you!) This week....but I just spent a lot at Fabric.com yesterday so better restrain myself!

I am particularly partial to the green in the top right corner. I was just looking at a strapless dress from BWOF that Cidell has made and it would work brilliantly in that fabric. Can't wait to see what you do with this haul. I've looked up Emma Pilsbury and now I understand her look a little better. I think a lot of your wardrobe is already Emma ready and this stuff will slot in perfectly.
