I am so surprised to hear that at a place like sea camp they would not have fresh seafood and veggies/fresh fruit??
But then again when I was in the hospital last year, I asked to speak to a dietician and I had my dinner delivered during the time she was there. We both laughed at what was served b/c it was not the real kind of food that one should be eating for health! ( carbs, canned fruits, desserts etc) so if they do this in a hospital while recovering from surgery, I guess this happens anywhere~ Its hard when all the choices are made for you in a situation like that~ Keep going, you will feel a whole lot better once you get that food out of your system~ I eat low carb getting any I need from veggies /furits,,,and just started to eat completely wheat free as my Dr told me to read the book The Wheat Belly,,( if you are a chemist you would understand it a lot better than I did) but now,,no wheat at all and I feel a LOT better and no appetite nor cravings anymore,,,totally amazing~ I wanted to share that with some of you , do read it if you get the chance, it changed how I lost weight and kept it off dramatically~Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5405339236965946425.post-92076641940853409692012-02-19T17:18:30.649-05:002012-02-19T17:18:30.649-05:00This week I haven't done so well. It's a new week now, so I'll work on it!The Hojnackeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11831225232147068760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5405339236965946425.post-43124816222450158432012-02-19T17:08:32.397-05:002012-02-19T17:08:32.397-05:00Well done.. maybe it's time for some feedback ...Well done.. maybe it's time for some feedback to the sea camp!! Good to hear you are back at it. I have fallen off the wagon (after just getting on it) after pulling a muscle in my back (moving bags of soil - not exercising). I have still managed to sew of course :-)BeaJayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14071033898844018967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5405339236965946425.post-23352479420640014502012-02-19T16:58:27.136-05:002012-02-19T16:58:27.136-05:00Congrats on saying goodbye to those 6 pounds. I worked out only 4 days last week... Over slept...uggh. I am still doing the slim n 6 dvd and mixing in 5lbs weights as well as some hula hooping. Just trying to confuse my body and avoid fizzing out. I avoid the scale and gauge loss by how my clothes fit. Feeling better and seeing some little body changes... So stay motivated and on to week 8.Sheilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03688900287732221253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5405339236965946425.post-51968990223420572712012-02-19T15:30:41.747-05:002012-02-19T15:30:41.747-05:00Well done on your achievement 6lbs is still a grea...Well done on your achievement 6lbs is still a great amount - I was in Houston all week - of course the term small portion doesn't exist, thankfully some of my friends were happy to share some of my portions.

I confess I am terrified of standing on the scales tomorrow as I didn't do a weigh-in last week so I may have crept up a pound or even stayed the samepdiddlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12231666147175522583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5405339236965946425.post-44640607540788989272012-02-19T14:10:43.982-05:002012-02-19T14:10:43.982-05:00Good progress.
